Human Development & Family Science Critical Courses

To graduate, you must pass all child and family studies courses with a C or better.

In addition to your human development and family science coursework, you must earn a minor in an approved area. The minor typically consists of 18 credit hours, or 6 courses. At least 6 of the 18 credit hours must be completed at the 300 or 400 level. No more than one D is allowed in minor courses.

All pre- and co-requisites must be met to take any of the courses listed in your major or minor. Check the catalog course descriptions to determine pre- and co-requisite course requirements, which you can view from the human development and family science page on the online catalog.
