Mental Health Support Group

Sometimes all you need is a space to breathe and be heard. For the next four weeks, join us twice a week for our Mental Health Support Group. This is a private, welcoming space for students to talk, listen, and support one another. Hosted by Professor Kahanek and our SGA Wellness Secretaries. You are not alone.

Remaining Dates are:  12/18, 12/24, 12/26 , 12/30 and 1/1/26
Time:  12pm-1pm
Where: Old Mouton 117!!

Topics include:
 grief and loss
 depression and anxiety
 stress and worry
 trauma
 supporting someone with depression
 emotional recognition
